This Retreat is open to women needing more peace in the Mind & peace in the Body.
Spending quality time in the sun, by the beach, daily meditations, daily breathwork sessions, we will be working with the Elements each day focused on a different one, Chakra Clearing, Cupping, Crystal Healing & Mindset Coaching with NLP. There will be Hape, Cacao & Plant Medicines to support the Body, Mind & Spirit. These Retreats are Completely Sober Free From Alcohol, so we can Focus on Cellular Regeneration, Recallibration of the nerves for lasting results.
Not suitable for anyone dependent on drugs or alcohol. All open plan living.
